All it takes is a couple of taps to create an estimate or invoice with Invoice Simple. You’ll start by selecting the Estimate or Invoice button, depending on what you want to make.

From there, it’s just a matter of editing the business info, contact info, and item fields for your service or product. You can then preview the document to see what your client will see before you send it.

Can I customize my invoices to match my business branding? 

Yes, it’s very easy to customize your invoices to match your brand with our template customization. Choose from our selection of professional invoice template layouts and color palettes. From there, it’s easy to add your logo, contact info, signature, photos, and/or notes.

How do I convert an estimate into an invoice?

All you need to do is click the “Make Invoice” button on your existing estimate. This will automatically convert your estimate into an invoice. You can then send it to your customer for payment without having to change anything.
